We encourage folks to call with their questions and even to place orders. But if no one answers the phone, please leave a message. We are a fully-functioning ranch and someone can't always be right by the phone. On weekdays the office is staffed full-time. On weekends the office is staffed part-time. So don't be surprised when a message left on Sunday may not be returned until a few hours later.
Most likely your call will be answered by Carolyn, Sandra, or Ted III. They are not computers nor are they stationed thousands of miles away in a foreign country. They work on the ranch and/or in the office located on the ranch where they often observe cattle, deer, wild pigs, chickens and other wildlife in the lush pastures. Of utmost importance, they are real people with a genuine desire to help you with your questions or orders.
