Most likely your call will be answered by Carolyn or Sandra. They are not computers. Nor are they stationed thousands of miles away in a foreign country. They literally work on the ranch in the office. Quite often they can look out the windows and see cattle, deer, wild pigs, and other creatures grazing in the pastures.
