This is the premier bone-in grass fed beef steak cut 1" thick. On one side of its T-shaped bone is a large tenderloin. On the other side is a longer steak which becomes a New York Strip Steak if cut from the bone. The bone in this steak adds to its juiciness and flavor when grilled. Best grilled and served rare. This is American grass-fed beef.
