We can have pizza calzones again. Yes, almond flour or coconut flour crust, Grass-Fed and/or Omega-3 meats, and Grass-Fed cheeses. This is a great party item or appetizer.

When entertaining, it is sometimes necessary to bend the rules from what we normally eat on a day-to-day basis, but we always refrain from added sugars and try to create a healthy yet tasty dish. With that in mind, here is a dip recipe that uses cream cheese and Greek yogurt. You may even be able to substitute other products for those diary ingredients.
Ingredients:
2 large sweet onions, peeled and cut into chunks
1 head garlic
2 T. Garlic Isle Macadamia nut oil
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. Greek yogurt
Instructions:
Place onion chunks in bowl and drizzle with macadamia nut oil,turning onion to coat each chunk.

Ingredients:
1 lb. Slanker summer sausage, cut into 1/4" rounds then cut each round into 4 pieces (cut each round slice in half two times)
1/2 lb. Habanero cheese, sliced thinly and cut into small pieces to fit on top of the summer sausage pieces
Decorative toothpicks
Instructions:
Place a small piece of cheese on top of each piece of summer sausage and push a decorative toothpick throuh the cheese and sausage to hold them together.

Ingredients for the meatballs:
1 lb. Slanker's grass-fed ground buffalo
1 lb. Slanker's grass-fed ground beef
1 lb.wild-caught ground venison, Omega-3 ground pork, lamb or more buffalo/beef
1 Omega-3 pastured or Christopher egg, raw
6 Omega-3 pastured or Christopher eggs, hard boiled and each cut into eighths
1 bunch fresh mint, finely chopped
1 medium onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
T-Coon's "The Stuff!" or salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Thoroughly mix all ingedients except for the hard boiled eggs.
