Healthy Egg Casserole















A great, hearty breakfast for six and it’s healthy. Enjoy.

Ingredients

1 cup shredded LVC Cheddar cheese or your favorite mix of grass-fed cheese
16 Omega-3 eggs whisked
10 slices Grass-Fed Beef or Omega-3 Pork Bacon diced
½ pound Grass-Fed Beef or Omega-3 Pork Breakfast Sausage
1 small onion diced
⅓ red bell pepper diced (optional)
8 Tbsp. A-2 milk
1 Tbsp. garlic powder (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp. T-Coons The Stuff for an added taste (optional)
5 mushrooms sliced
1 cup fresh spinach chopped
1 large tomato chopped

Preparation

1. Pre-heat oven 350 degrees. Grease casserole dish.
2. Cook and chop up sausage. Drain off the grease and save for future use.
3. Cook bacon and/or put in raw eggs (works both ways).
4. In large bowl mix all ingredients together and pour into casserole dish.
5. Bake in oven for 45 to 60 minutes. Make sure center is done before serving.

I always serve my egg casserole with extra cooked bacon or sausage on the side.
