1 6-oz. can tomato paste

1/3 c. apple cider vinegar (suggest using Braggs brand)

1/3 c. water

2 Tbs. onion

2 cloves garlic (or one clove if not a garlic fan)

1 tsp. Real Salt sea salt

1/8 tsp. allspice

1/8 tsp. ground cloves

1/8 tsp. black pepper


Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender until the onion and garlic chunks are completely blended.  Put into refrigerator to cool.
