Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops

A great twist to pork chops that all will enjoy.

Ingredients

4 Omega-3 Pork Butterfly Chops
½ tsp Garlic Powder
¼ tsp Salt
¼ tsp ground Pepper
1 large Egg
4 oz Shredded Parmesan Cheese
2 Tbsp. macadamia nut oil

Instructions

1. Mix together the garlic powder, salt and pepper. Sprinkle over the pork chops and press into
the meat.
2. Add the egg to a small bowl and whisk.
3. Place the Parmesan cheese on a plate.
4. Dip each pork chop into the egg, then press into the Parmesan cheese, coating both sides.
5. Place a non-stick frying pan over medium high heat, add the oil.
6. Once the oil is hot, add the pork chops. Cook for at least five minutes, before gently lifting to check (metal spatula works best)—you are looking for a golden brown crust with the cheese completely sticking to the pork. Beware the cheese will stick to pan, that's why you use the metal spatula.
7. Gently flip the chops over and again cook for at least five minutes before checking for the golden brown crust on the other side.Serve with mashed cauliflower and salad.

Enjoy
