Pulled Pork with a Great BBQ Sauce

A great tasty pulled pork with sugar free BBQ sauce. My friends enjoyed it with and without the BBQ sauce. Serve with your favorite cold salad.

Ingredients

6 lb boneless Omega-3 Pork Roast
¾ cup water
2 Tbsp. sea salt
3 tsp pepper
3 tsp paprika
3 tsp garlic powder
3 tsp onion powder

Preparation

1. Place pork roast in crock pot. Add water and seasonings on top.
2. Cook covered for four to five hours on high or eight to 10 hrs on low.
3. Check meat to see if it is tender at four hours (high) or eight hours (low). Once it is tender shred it with a fork and put it back in the juice and cook for 45 to 60 minutes.
4. Remove from crock pot and serve with BBQ sauce. Recipe below.

BBQ sauce
¾ cup tomato paste
¾ cup balsamic vinegar
½ tsp sea salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
2 tablespoons honey

Preparation

1. Place all ingredients into a bowl and whisk together until throughly mixed together.
