"Mmmm--so good and filling.  One of Ted's favorite meals."

Ingredients:

2 lbs. Slanker's high-fat ground beef

taco seasoning

fresh spinach

1 fresh tomato, diced

1 onion, diced

1 avocado, sliced (optional)

Picante sauce (check label closely to avoid any unwanted ingredients)

Plain Greek yogurt

1 cup SwissLand Grass-fed Habanero cheese, shredded

T-Coon's "The Stuff!" or salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Brown the meat in a skillet over low heat.  Add taco seasoning and a small amount of water if the meat is too dry. 

Build each individual "taco" salad beginning with a bed of spinach leaves.  Add meat and top with remaining ingredients.
