1 lb. Slanker summer sausage, cut into 1/4" rounds then cut each round into 4 pieces (cut each round slice in half two times)
1/2 lb. Habanero cheese, sliced thinly and cut into small pieces to fit on top of the summer sausage pieces
Place a small piece of cheese on top of each piece of summer sausage and push a decorative toothpick through the cheese and sausage to hold them together. Arrange on a serving tray, cover loosely with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
