This is the premier bone-in grass fed beef steak cut 1" thick. On one side of its T-shaped bone is a large tenderloin. On the other side is a longer steak which becomes a New York Strip Steak if cut from the bone. The bone in this steak adds to its juiciness and flavor when grilled. Best grilled and served rare.
