Pork Country Style Ribs
These meaty country style ribs are bone-in and cut from the shoulder butt and the sirloin. These are best prepared in your favorite (sugar free) barbecue sauce mix, covered, and slow cooked in the oven or on the grill/smoker until tender. Delicious! Another favorite is slow cooking the ribs with sauerkraut. Omega-6 to Omega-3 ratio of 1.5:1 versus conventional pork at 20:1 on average.
