Omega-3 White Turkey Skin with Fat

To prepare, mix slices of skin with generous coverings of seasoning (Butt Rub or Garlic Real Salt are good) and spread out evenly on a sheet pan or steel skillet. Roast in a 350°F oven until crispy, 40 to 60 minutes. Turn cracklings occasionally to cook evenly.
