Black Garlic Ghee do-it-yourself mix provides an intense garlicky, buttery taste to any dish when mixed with either domestic grass-fed ghee or A2/A2 grass-fed ghee. This DYI mix is a 2 oz tin containing aged black garlic powder. Serving size is 10 servings.
Directions: In a clean jar, place 1/2 cup of room temperature ghee. Add 1 teaspoon or more of black garlic ghee DIY mix to taste. In increments, add up to 1/8 teaspoon salt. Stir well to combine. (A fork works best.) Enjoy!
