Most Americans would say they’re safe enough. Of course, those who live in crime infested hell holes would disagree. But generally speaking the majority of Americans live in relatively quiet, civilized communities.

Even though our country is financing a proxy war in Ukraine against a nuclear power, most Americans aren’t concerned about an invasion by a foreign adversary. That’s in spite of the Biden administration always reminding us about various foreign threats. It’s just that we believe our country has a very powerful military with defensive systems in place to detect threats well in advance.

Nearly every community has some form of police force that keeps rampant crime in check. Of course, in the past ten years, some liberal communities have seemingly been promoting crime. But the vast majority of Americans live in rather peaceful conditions where crimes are considered out of the ordinary.

Consequently, if you conducted man-in-the-street interviews most of the people you’d run across would be very content. For certain, many would not consider the Federal government a threat to their well-being such as do the citizens of Cuba, Venezuela, Russia, and China.

For decades I figured most of the issues that happen involving the federallies or police agencies were due to rouge officials or bureaucrats and not a failure of the system itself. But in the past dozen years or so I’ve become very concerned about the direction of the entire Federal government apparatus, the legal system, police forces generally, and even the military because they’re so willing to ignore the Constitution and Bill of Rights they swore an oath to protect and defend.

Since its creation the United States has functioned under established laws that are limited in scope by the Constitution and Bill of Rights. Naturally that has never prevented corruption and law breaking. But generally, other than the civil war which was fought over states rights, our society has been held together with common beliefs and laws. Even when there was a Confederacy the legal structure laid out in the Constitution and Bill of Rights spelled out similar governing foundations for both sides.

But today there is considerable disagreement over how the country should function for the welfare of its citizens. Unfortunately, these days a vast majority of citizens grew up with big gaps in their educations. Their takes on history, the sciences, mathematics, English literature, and social studies were corrupted by liberal elitists who have as much common sense as a sack of hammers. These progressively indoctrinated stooges get their news from the MSM and are more concerned about their leisure time, sporting events, their pocketbooks, social media contacts, and latest woke trends (men can have babies, etc.) than the realities of life. They are literally fat, dumb, and happy going with the flow—which makes them sitting ducks for adverse change.

Politicians love to discuss the popular problems and make promises to fix them. But as a mob the ones in DC aren’t effective at passing and enforcing Constitutional laws and balancing budgets. Combined they’re clueless as to how to cure fundamental problems that are unraveling the American Dream—a government of the people, by the people, for the people, whose just powers are derived from the consent of the governed.

Instead, most politicians (local and national) are dazzled by the power they have in distributing governmental revenues—especially the crooks handling the Federal government’s $6.1 trillion budget. For the 537 elected politicians representing the people in the nation’s Capitol, that’s $11.36 billion of spending per politician. That’s just too much temptation for dipping into the till for weak-kneed politicians.

But the graft isn’t limited to the politicians. Everyone working in the government looks at the money as theirs to spend. The idea of working hard to generate a surplus never crosses their minds. They know that if they don’t spend what’s budgeted for them, they get less the next year. So they just spend to their limit and ask for more. On that basis, they don’t consider the money as taxpayer money, it’s their money.

Concerns these days are focused on the economy (inflation mainly), open borders, dementia-crippled leadership, Trump’s many indictments, and Biden’s corruption. Yes, they are valid concerns. But they were caused by corrupt, inept leadership and voter ignorance rather than acts of God. That means the problems are self-inflicted.

Certainly we should be concerned about the economy because government leaders debased the currency, bankrupted the government, decreed uneconomic business models, crippled energy efficiency, piled on suffocating regulations, promoted offshore manufacturing, eliminated borders, promoted a proxy war with Russia, and were weak on crime. This is a burden for all citizens and businesses based in the USA.

We must be concerned about our open borders because, not only is the current administration flagrantly ignoring our country’s immigration laws, but hoards of foreign newcomers crashing the border bring with them numerous problems that must be vetted. (At the same time our Federal government is crazily concerned about Ukraine’s borders.) This is lawlessness at the highest levels of government and a perfect example of the people’s representatives refusing to uphold the laws of the land. Our representatives, government enforcement agencies, the MSM, and the courts are blatantly aiding and abetting lawbreaking. To a man these people must be fired, recalled, or voted out of office.

Old age is not a negative issue in politics and the law. That’s because with age often there’s more wisdom. Dementia or any other form of mental incapacitation is huge issue because there is no longer any wisdom. That’s why not only must people in the bureaucracy be able to pass mental acuity tests but so should the representatives that are voted into office. The idea of term limits is something the Founding Fathers assumed. They correctly assumed that government run by professional politicians no longer represent the citizens because the lawmakers do not have to live under the laws they pass.

The many indictments against Trump are mostly political theater or trumped up charges never before administered to a citizen of the United States—must less an ex-president. They represent a weaponization of the legal system (by one corrupt political party against the other) all for the purpose of hanging onto power. This is proof of a corrupted system, far more than it’s about a corrupt man. When the legal system is weaponized like it has been recently, it’s because agents of the FBI and DOJ are not only just as corrupt as the power hungry parties but they’re more than willing to break the law in doing the bidding of the deep state.

The Joe and Hunter Biden corruption scandal is about a corrupt family and a complicit legal and MSM system that has fallen under its control. Once again the agencies of the Federal government (FBI, IRS, DOJ, CIA, and other agencies, along with over half of the nation’s lawmakers (senators and representatives), along with the MSM are aiding and abetting corruption that actually harms the nation on an international scale. How one party and the MSM can stand by and say that don’t see the obvious evidence of corruption and governmental malfeasance is a perfect example of evil.

The latest weaponization of the legal system was a stunning “legal” decision last Tuesday where a New York State judge found—with no trial or jury—that Donald Trump, his family, and his business, the Trump Organization, was liable for fraud, and ordered what experts in New York financial crimes say amounts to the dissolution of his company.

The judge ruled that the Trump organization committed fraud by overvaluing assets in getting bank loans. Yet all of the banks and lenders the organization worked with performed their own due diligence on every financing, all loans were paid back, and no defaults or banking interests were adversely impacted. That means there are no victims in what the State calls “fraud,” yet the judge ruled that the Trump organization must dissolve all business interests in the state and exit within 10 days.

This is literally confiscation of assets without due process. It’s also a fragrant violation of constitutional rights of a citizen of the United States of America. This is the worst kind of kangaroo court—one that should scare all Americans. This is how communist dictatorships function.

The fact that Biden is suffering from dementia is another example of chaos in our nation. The leaders of the Democratic Party, the Deep State bureaucracy, heads of Big Business and the tech giants, and members of the MSM knew he was incapacitated before they got him to run for president in the first place. They also knew he was corrupt and not very bright when he was at his best decades ago. Even his wife knew he was no condition to run or execute the office of president. Yet they worked together to convince millions of Americans that Biden was the best man for the job. This in itself proves that there are people who want the power to control the government more than they want what’s best for the country.

The 2024 election will determine what kind of country the USA will be going forward. If the progressives run with Biden or Gavin Newsom, or someone of similar persuasion, we can expect far more chaos in the years to come. There will be far more government regulations, more expensive decrees involving zero carbon emissions, more inflation, more censorship, more health scares and mandated responses, a continuation of open border policies, higher taxes, food production mandates, more idiotic rules regarding crime, far more debauchery and depravity, and continued conflict with world powers.

To enforce the decrees there will be an established weaponized legal system and a police-state atmosphere similar to old Russia’s Komitet Gosudarstvennoy Bezopasnosti (KGB) or old Germany’s Schutzstaffel (SS). We’ve already witnessed where FBI agents willingly raid residences of prominent people without restraint. We’ve seen the IRS, FBI, CIA, CDC, and other agencies coverup wrong doing for the benefit of the deep state and shut down dissent. We witnessed multiple policing agencies intentionally foment the Jan6 riot at the Capitol. And afterwards, we saw a court system come down hard on people charged with misdemeanors that were dismissed in the riots (looting and burning) of various cities around the country in 2020.^{1 2}

We know that the protectors of our society can be turned against us if the wrong leadership so desires. It happened with ridiculous health mandates during the so-called pandemic. Schools, communities, states and even federal institutions had iron-fisted police enforcement of what we now know to be worthless rules. People lost their jobs and businesses, had their reputations smeared, and were fined and imprisoned. Federal, Sate, and local governments lied over and over again about the vaccines and in doing so caused great harm. This is not a government of the people, by the people, for the people, whose just powers are derived from the consent of the governed does to its citizens. It’s dictatorships pure and simple.³

Governments are not our friends. Only a small handful of politicians in office today are worth their salt. Do not believe for a second that just because a politician claims to be a Republican that he is honorable and is actually a conservative who will put America first. Always keep in mind that there is way too many RINOs out there who are corrupt progressives.

Do intensive due diligence in the vetting of political candidates. Vote wisely. Vote smart. Pass the word.⁴
