Heat and serve or just thaw and serve. Smoked but not cured. No nitrates. No sugar. Our summer sausage comes in a 2-inch cellulose casing about 5 1/2 inches long. Ingredients: U.S. raised grass-fed buffalo trim, water, sodium lactate, seasonings: (sea salt, mustard, spices (including coriander and black pepper), dehydrated garlic), celery juice powder (celery powder, sea salt), cheddar cheese (milk, cheese culture plant enzymes, salt), dehydrated jalapeños and natural hickory smoked.
