This a grass-fed ground beef product made from lean meat and trimmings from round, chuck, loin, flank, neck, or shank. It is ground mechanically and this is our lean mix with only 10% fat. The spice is very mild. Not only can this sausage be shaped into breakfast patties but it may also be used in a variety of recipes. Ingredients: grass-fed beef, sea salt, black pepper, red pepper, sage and ginger. No sugar. U.S. raised grass-fed beef.
