This ground beef product is mild-spiced lean meat and the trimmings from round, chuck, loin, flank, neck, or shank. It is ground mechanically and is about 10% fat. Ingredients: grass-fed beef, sea salt, black pepper, red pepper, sage and ginger. The meat is already shaped into small patties and cooks up very fast as a breakfast meat. It is best if not cooked beyond medium rare. U.S. raised grass-fed beef.
