Similar to our Primal Ground Beef, our Omega-3 Ground Pork Primal Breakfast Sausage is made with fresh pork trimmings and a mix of the pork organ meats. Perfect for meatballs and stuffed peppers! This ground pork product is also prepared by broiling, panbroiling, panfrying, roasting or baking. May be used in a variety of recipes and cooking methods. Ingredients: 70% pork trimmings and a 30% mix with the following items: Pork Heart, Pork Liver, Pork Spleen, and Pork Kidney. And also includes sea salt, black pepper, red pepper, sage and ginger. Omega-6 to Omega-3 ratio of 2.5.1 Conventional pork is 20:1 on average.
