Our beef chuck steak comes from the sub-primal cut known as the chuck. This area sits between the shoulder and the rib, giving the meat rich beef flavor and firm texture. The steak is usually grilled or broiled for a hearty, satisfying meal.
A thicker version of this cut is often called a 7-Bone Roast or chuck roast, cooked slowly with liquid as a pot roast. The bone-in beef chuck steak is one of the most economical cuts of grass-fed beef, offering excellent value for everyday meals. Each steak measures about 3/4 inch thick and can be grilled, pan-seared, or cooked in a slow cooker.
Because it is U.S. raised grass-fed beef, this steak contains healthy fats and a better balance of Omega-3 to Omega-6 fatty acids. The result is natural flavor, nutrient-dense protein, and clean energy without added hormones or grain residues.
Cooking Tips:
Marinate before cooking to tenderize and enhance flavor.
Grill or broil to medium-rare for the best results.

Use in hearty beef chuck steak stew for slow-cooked tenderness.
If you enjoy the taste of a ribeye but want a more affordable option, try this cut. The beef chuck eye steak shares similar flavor characteristics and marbling. Both offer a great balance of tenderness and robust taste.
