Ground Pork Breakfast Sausage is made from U.S. raised Omega-3 pork. Each batch combines 70% pork trimmings with a 30% organ mix, including pork heart, pork liver, pork spleen, and pork kidney. The ingredients are sea salt, black pepper, red pepper, sage, and ginger.
This savory mix matches a hearty texture, and it cooks several ways. For example, you can broil, panbroil, panfry, roast, or bake it. Also, the sausage keeps an Omega-6 to Omega-3 ratio of 2.5:1. Slanker’s Omega-3 advantage (2.5:1 vs 20:1 ratio) shows the difference versus conventional pork.
