Quality Guarantee

We carefully inspect every order to ensure it meets our standards of freshness and quality. If you receive meat that is spoiled, damaged, or does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Contact Us: Email orders@slankersgrassfed.com or call 903-732-4653 within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue.

  2. Provide Proof: Please include photos of the product and packaging if possible to help us understand the problem.

  3. Resolution: We will review your request and respond within 24 hours. Approved claims will be eligible for a replacement or a full refund.

Shipping and Handling

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all returns must be reported promptly. We cannot accept returns or refunds after the 48-hour window following delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been cooked or altered in any way

  • Orders reported after the 48-hour period

  • Customer’s change of mind or preference
