Pork Italian sausage is an Omega-3 Ground Pork Sausage with a classic Italian spice blend. This pork is Omega-3 pork and U.S. raised, and it pairs well with eggs, rice, or noodles. For example, the italian pork sausage brings fennel and anise notes without added sugar. The ingredients are exact: Omega-3 Pork, Sea Salt, Spices (including Fennel, Pepper, and Anise), Paprika, Garlic Powder, Natural Spice Extractives (including Paprika).

Pork Italian sausage cooks quickly in a skillet and browns evenly. In addition, the product keeps an Omega-6 to Omega-3 ratio of 2.5:1. Conventional pork is 20:1 on average.
