Sockeye Salmon

Sockeye salmon are easily recognized by their silvery-blue color and streamlined shape. They typically live four to five years, grow up to seven pounds, and are considered the most flavorful of the Pacific salmon species. Their deep red flesh and rich flavor make them a favorite among chefs and seafood lovers.

Each salmon pack is vacuum sealed, frozen, and ready for freezer storage. If a pack develops a small hole, rewrap it or use it within a few weeks to maintain freshness.

Wild-Caught Keta Salmon

Keta salmon, also called chum salmon, are known for their remarkable life cycle. They spend up to six years in the cold waters of Alaska and the North Pacific before returning to the exact river of their birth to spawn. Once hatched, young salmon travel thousands of miles to the open ocean, feeding on shrimp, krill, and small fish until maturity.
