Grass-Fed and Grass-Finished Beef

Due to popular demand we created this "primal" mix consisting of lean beef trimmings, beef heart, and other organ meats. It has a liver flavor. This ground beef product is usually prepared by broiling, panbroiling, panfrying, roasting or baking. May be used in a variety of recipes and cooking methods. Ingredients: (85/15) ground beef. 75% lean beef trimmings and a 25% mix of the following items: Beef Heart, Beef Liver, Beef Spleen, Beef Kidney, and Beef Tongue. (Approximately 12% to15% Beef Liver content.) U.S. raised grass-fed beef.
