This is an 90/10 PMR grind made with:

  • 90% ground beef
  • 10% ground beef liver

Our beef is hormone and preservative free, it has not been enhanced in anyway. Freshly harvested and prepared. Never high heat pasteurized or processed by HPP (high-pressure pasteurization).
