Approximately 1 lb package of Omega-3 Chicken Feet. A collagen rich, nutrient dense delicacy with a mild, savory flavor, often used in Asian, Mexican, and Caribbean cuisines. Chicken Feet are often used in soups and braised dishes. They are also great for joint, hair. and skin health.

Preparation: Thoroughly clean the chicken feet. Remove the yellow, scaly skin. The tips of claws are usually cut off. They are often blanched, or deep fried, and then braised or simmered.
