These bones are about 2" thick T-bones, just like those that come out of a super thick T-bone steak. The long end may be quickly gnawed down and the hard "T" part will give hours of gnawing satisfaction. This bone usually has some meat attached and there is a tasty marrow chunk at the top of the "T." U.S. raised grass-fed beef.
