Broth is high fat. Unless it is made with Omega-3 chicken bones with properly balanced fats, it's not a healthy broth. If your broth is made from a corn-fed chicken, then the broth is like corn oil. Ingredients: Omega-3 Chicken Bones, water, sea salt, apple cider vinegar. Thawed broth is at its best for one week in the refrigerator. Unless it's going to be used up soon after thawing, instead of just refrigerating the leftovers, refreeze it for best long-term storage.
