Similar to our Primal Ground Beef, our Omega-3 Ground Pork Primal is made with fresh pork trimmings and a mix of the pork organ meats. Tasty plain, seasoned, used for meatballs, stuffed peppers, etc! This ground pork product is also prepared by broiling, panbroiling, panfrying, roasting or baking. May be used in a variety of recipes and cooking methods. Ingredients: 70% pork trimmings and a 30% mix with the following items: Pork Heart, Pork Liver, Pork Spleen, and Pork Kidney. Omega-6 to Omega-3 ratio of 2.5:1 Conventional pork is 20:1 on average.
