Premium Ground Beef Patties are a 90/10 blend of 90% premium steak cuts and 10% fat. There are 3 one third pound Premium Ground Beef Patties in a pack. These great tasting steak burgers are made from mechanically ground up Ribeye steaks, New York Strip steaks, and Sirloin steaks. They are then pressed into patties which are great for pan frying or grilling. U.S. grass-fed grass-finished beef.
