A2/A2 Grass-Fed Ghee is an unsalted, sweet cream butter that is rich in fat-soluble vitamins and contains A2 beta-casein. A2/A2 is easy to digest and does not create inflammation & congestion commonly associated with A1/A2 milk. Ghee is extremely versatile for all methods of cooking and can reach up to 485 degrees fahrenheit without releasing health-robbing toxins. Great used alone or try in combination with one of the flavored ghee do-it-yourself mixes. One Ingredient: Ghee (milk) made from certified 100% A2/A2, non-GMC, grass-fed Lancaster County Butter. Made in a facility that processes nuts, wheat, soy, sesame, dairy, and eggs.
