Skinless and boneless salmon minced meat which has been mechanically minced from skinless boneless sockeye salmon fillet trim and frame meat. The salmon is clean meat --- no blood, scales, bones, or skin. No off odors or flavors. Meat is vacuum packaged in a poly vac pack bag and blast frozen. Great for making salmon paddies or cakes.
