This Tomahawk Ribeye Steak is an extra thick cut of our Ribeye Steak with the rib bone left 6-8 inches long. This is considered a "cowboy" cut and resembles the shape of a tomahawk. This is best cooked on low heat followed by a high sear. U.S. raised Grass-Fed Beef.
