This Whole Lamb Grind provides all the benefits of having ligaments, cartilage, tendons and connective tissues included into the grind. This blend also contains a multitude of organs such as heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, spleen, thymus, pancreas, and reproductive organs.
Our lamb is hormone, antibiotic and preservative free, and has not been enhanced in anyway.
Freshly harvested and prepared. Never high heat pasteurized or processed by HPP (high-pressure pasteurization).
