Ingredients

  • Ground beef or patties
  • Steaks or fajita-style cuts
  • Roasts or stew meat
  • Soup bones, marrow bones, or broth
  • Onions, carrots, celery, garlic, and greens
  • Olive oil, beef tallow, or avocado oil
  • Salt, pepper, herbs, cumin, paprika, and chili powder

Directions

  1. Thaw one ground beef item, one steak item, and one slow-cook item for the week.
  2. Use ground beef for bowls, wraps, or stuffed peppers.
  3. Sear steaks hot and fast, then slice over salad or vegetables.
  4. Slow-cook roasts, stew meat, or bones with broth and vegetables.
