Round-shaped roast typically cut 2.5 to 3" thick from the chuck. It has a robust beefy flavor and some fat. Use a moist heat method of cooking to soften and tenderize. Suggest cooking "low and slow" in a crock pot. Ladle some juice over the meat when serving. This is an excellent low cost and nutritional roast. U.S. raised grass-fed beef.
