There are many myths circulating in the nutrition field. The Internet is loaded with them. As a result most of the people who are trying to improve their health and well-being have been indoctrinated by one or more of these many myths. If we were dishonest and used the feel-good myths as sales pitches, we could sell more meat. Instead, we tell it like it is based on proven science and let the chips fall where they may.
This is called straight talk and in our site you'll find that we do not go easy on the phony feel good myths. We use Google Scholar extensively when researching topics. And even when we're in that arena we must separate the charlatans from the professionals. We have always been science buffs and have spent decades consulting with professionals and their leading research. This is why we are also so focused on food chemistry because that is what causes chronic diseases. Some people are very disturbed and turned off when they discover that we do not subscribe to myths they firmly believe. We hope you understand and appreciate our approach.
