Good Customers make for Great Service.  Yes, it takes two to tango.  We do aim to please.  But we can't be responsible for mistakes the customer makes in either his selections or the way he prepares his food.  If we are attacked, we will always try to maintain a professional attitude.  But we won't roll over either.  This grass-fed meat business is not the easiest in the world.  Far from it.  There's the critters, the weather, the transportation hurdles, breakdowns, goose-stepping government watchdogs, crooks, shipping issues, and this is only the beginning of the list.  Add in belligerent and/or very spoiled customers who demand perfection at every turn, and life becomes hardly tolerable.  So sure, when folks are pleasant even when it's not all rosy, that sure does help a lot.  :-)

I Like the Newsletters and the Meat

I just received and read the latest Slanker email headed "Pork Myths," and I feel compelled to tell you how much I enjoyed it and all the other regular emails I get from Slanker.

No Schmooze, Just the Truth

Thank you!  I have suffered the schmooze effect, but got informed and restored my health.  Thanks for your newsletter.  I love straight forward truth companies.

Thank you,  Vicki

Service Above and Beyond

I want to thank everyone there for the service you provided me last Monday in expediting my order.  To call me and take my order and then fulfill it and ship it the same day was in my opinion service above and beyond what I expected.

Personal Service Like in the Old Days

Hi Ted, I can't tell you how much we appreciate your quick, friendly and personal service.  We got our meat safely, and have been enjoying it ever since.  The steaks were awsome!!!  We are going to order your "side" as soon as we eat down what we have.  We are so glad we made the change for our health.  No more feedlots for us.  Thank you so much for taking the time on the phone.  It was like you had nothing else to do but take my call.  You just don't get that anymore.
