Grass-fed lamb loin chops are the T-Bone steaks of the lamb and look like mini T-Bone steaks. Considered a prime cut, loin chops are quite tender, very juicy, and have a smooth flavor.
On one side of the bone is the loin muscle and on the other side is the tenderloin. Lamb loin chops are ideal for babecuing. They are also wonderful on the grill with rosemary, garlic, and lemon juice or pan-seared with butter and fresh herbs.
