Broth is high fat. Unless it is made with pastured turkey bones with properly balanced fats, it's not a healthy broth. If your broth is made from a corn-fed turkey, then the broth is like corn oil. Thawed broth is at its best for one week in the refrigerator. Unless it's going to be used up soon after thawing, instead of just refrigerating the leftovers, refreeze it for best long-term storage.
