They are best prepared basted with your favorite (sugar free) barbecue sauce, covered, and slow cooked in the oven or on the grill/smoker until tender. Delicious! Another favorite is slow cooking the ribs with sauerkraut. Omega-6 to Omega-3 ratio of 2.5:1 versus conventional pork at 20:1 on average.
