Bacon Jalapeno Cheese

A delicious party appetizer your guests will enjoy.


6 to 12 strips thick Omega-3 Pork Bacon
9 jalapenos: medium or large
8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
½ cup shredded Grass-Fed Monterey Jack cheese or Cheddar
2 tsp paprika


1. Mix together cream cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, and paprika.
2. Remove stems from jalapenos. Cut each jalapeno in half and remove seeds and membranes. Stuff the cavity of each jalapeno with the cream cheese mixture. Fit the jalapeno halves back together.
3. Wrap one slice of bacon around each jalapeno, securing with a toothpick. Place on air fryer tray.
4. Cook in the air fryer at 340̊ F for 20 to 25 minutes, flipping halfway.

Serve with your home made ranch dipping sauce or spicy ranch sauce.
