Meat mixture:1 pound of Grass-Fed or Omega-3 ground meat (beef, pork, lamb, goat, buffalo, chicken, or turkey)1 Tbsp. macadamia nut oil1 small onion diced2 garlic cloves (medium to large) minced1 small zucchini dicedSeasoning salt and pepper to taste½ Tbsp. 1 small head cauliflower cut into florets steamed till soft then mashed1 Tbsp. Kerrygold butter½ cup shredded Grass-Fed cheeseSeasoning salt and pepper to taste½ to 1 Tbsp. garlic powdr (your preference)½ Tbsp.

1 cup shredded LVC Cheddar cheese or your favorite mix of grass-fed cheese16 Omega-3 eggs whisked10 slices Grass-Fed Beef or Omega-3 Pork Bacon diced½ pound Grass-Fed Beef or Omega-3 Pork Breakfast Sausage1 small onion diced⅓ red bell pepper dice (optional)8 Tbsp.

Ingredients:
1 lb. Slanker's 100% grass-fed ground beef (or buffalo, chicken or pork)
1 medium onion, chopped
1 51-oz. can pinto beans, rinsed and drained (optional)
1 4-oz can diced green chiles, undrained
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1 c. plain, unsweetened Greek yogurt
1/2 tsp, garlic salt
1 10-oz. can enchilada sauce (check label carefully to avoid unwanted ingredients)
1 c. Habanero or cheddar cheese, grated
Instructions:
In large skilletover low heat, cook ground beef and onion together until the onion is tender.
