Blackened Salmon

A full flavor fish prepared with a nice kick the entire family will enjoy

Ingredients:

1 Wild-Caught Salmon filet cut into single serving sized pieces
 2 Tbsp. ground paprika
½ Tbsp. ground cayenne pepper
½ Tbsp. T-Coons Seasoning
1 Tbsp. onion powder
2 tsp Redmond Seasoning salt
1 tsp lemon pepper
¼ tsp dried thyme
¼ tsp dried basil
¼ tsp dried oregano
½ c unsalted grass-fed butter, melted

Instructions:

1. Mix paprika, cayenne pepper, T-Coons seasoning, lemon pepper, onion powder, Redmond seasoning salt, thyme, basil, and oregano together in a small bowl.
2. Brush salmon fillets on both sides with a quarter cup of butter, and sprinkle evenly with the spice mixture.
3. Heat two tablespoons melted butter in a large, heavy skillet over high heat. Add salmon with skin side down and cook until blackened and skin is crispy—two to five minutes. Lift cut fillets out of pan, add remaining melted butter to the skillet, and flip fillets into the butter. Cook until the other side is blackened and fish flakes easily with a fork, three to five minutes.

Enjoy with your favorite side dish.
