Sausage Bacon Ham & Egg Muffin

This is a very tasty breakfast that everyone will enjoy. You can add almost anything to these “muffins” and they will be incredible.

Ingredients:

1 large egg per muffin tin
Salt and pepper
T-Coons Seasoning
Your favorite Grass-Fed Raw-Milk shredded cheese
Any Grass-Fed/Omega-3 Breakfast Sausage: either patties or ground: cooked

Optional Ingredients:

Finely chopped onion, (red or white)
Fresh Spinach, roughly chopped
Cherry Tomatoes, halved
Shredded Grass-Fed Mozzarella Cheese
Cooked Omega-3 bacon, chopped
Cooked Omega-3 ham diced
Sliced Mushrooms
Red Bell Pepper diced
Red pepper flakes for heat

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray a 12-cup muffin tin with nonstick oil spray.
2. Add one egg to each greased muffin tin.
3. Add breakfast sausage. At this point you can add your optional items.
4. Add shredded cheese.
5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until set.
6. Let cool slightly, then serve.
7. Finished Cooked Egg muffin can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to four days.

At 16 minutes the egg is medium. If you want the egg hard: cook about 19-20 minutes.
