Honey Balsamic Pork Chops

A sweet, savory pork chop dish the entire family and friends will enjoy.

Ingredients:

4 to 6 Omega-3 Pork Loin Chops or Butterfly Chops
salt and black pepper to taste
1 Tbsp. Grass-Fed butter
1 Tbsp. macadamia nut oil
1 cup Omega-3 Pork Broth
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
2 to 3 Tbsp. honey
1 clove garlic minced

Directions:

1. Pat pork chops dry with paper towels, and season with salt and pepper.
2. Melt butter in a large, nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add oil to the butter.
3. When butter and oil start to bubble, add chops and cook over medium heat until browned on one side, five to six minutes. Turn and cook pork chops until no longer pink in the center and browned on the other side, three to four minutes. Do not overcook the chops or they will become dry and tough.
4. Remove pork chops from heat and cover to keep warm.
5. Combine pork broth, balsamic vinegar, garlic, and honey in same saucepan. Bring glaze to a boil over medium-high heat and boil until mixture is reduced to ½ cup, five to six minutes. Place pork chops in glaze.
6. Serve chops with balsamic glaze on top with your favorite salad or vegetable.

Enjoy.
