"Quick, tasty, and good for you too!"

Ingredients:

1 lb. Slanker 100% grass-fed beef salami

1/2 lb. Kerrygold cheddar cheese, thinly sliced

2 tsp. rendered suet, Kerrygold butter, or macadamia oil

T-Coon's "The Stuff!" to taste

Instructions:

Heat rendered suet, butter, or oil in large skillet set to low-to-medium heat.  Add single slices of salami and heat the bottome about 2 minutes.  Turn the slices and top each one with thin slices of cheese.  As soon as the cheese is melted, the "san-wiches" are ready to eat.  You will need to cook this in shifts.  Or alternately, you may place all the slices of salami on a greased cookie sheet and broil in oven at 400oF for 1 minute.  Then turn the slices of salami, add cheese and broil just until the cheese is melted.
