BLT Sandwich

You can once again have this great healthy sandwich. Your whole family will enjoy and want more. Makes one sandwich, but it’s easy to double or triple this recipe.

Ingredients:

8 slices thin Omega-3 Pork bacon cut in half or
    6 slices of thick Omega-3 Pork bacon cut in half
Spinach
1 fresh tomato, sliced

Additional items that can be added to this sandwich:
Grass fed cheese of choice: sliced
White onions sliced
Eggs
Grass-Fed Meat: bologna, ham, turkey, chicken or salami, breakfast sausage patties
Avocado sliced

Directions:

1. Place 4/3 slices of bacon next to each other in a vertical row on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Then add the other 4/3 pieces crosswise to make a lattice.
2. Repeat to form a second bacon lattice.
3. Cook under a preheated broiler until the bacon starts to get crispy. Flip over the bacon and return to the broiler till crispy. Or place on griddle and cook till crispy on both sides.
4. Place the bacon lattice on a paper towel to drain off the excess fat.
5. To make the sandwich, add sliced tomato and spinach to one bacon lattice, then top with the second piece of bacon lattice.
