Honey Bourbon Glazed Spiral-Cut Ham

A beautiful, flavorful ham for special occasions or anytime for that matter.


3- to 4-pound Omega-3 Spiral-Cut Smoked Ham
½ c Apple Cider Vinegar or pineapple juice
¾ c honey
⅔ c Kentucky Bourbon or spiced rum
¼ c Dijon Mustard
¼ tsp smoked paprika
¼ tsp garlic powder
Pineapple rings
Season with salt and pepper


1. The secret for success with smoked hams is keeping them moist.
2. Spray the inside of your crock pot with a nonstick spray.
3. In a bowl mix together everything except the ham and pineapple rings together to create the glaze for the ham.
4. Place your ham in the crock pot and turn the crock pot on low.
5. Slowly pour your glaze over the ham in the crock pot. And place the pineapple rings on top and sides of ham.
6. Cover the ham and cook on low for three hours. Baste the ham every hour with the glaze.

Serve with your favorite side.
